- Thread rolling flat dies are used for shaping screw threads by making 2 dies
with screw threads face one another, inserting materials between them,
and making the dies move. - Bolts produced by the rolling process are 20% stronger than those produced
by the cutting process. Thread rolling flat dies can produce around 150-600
products per minute these products are also cleaner and more precise
than those produced by the cutting process. - Suitable for mass production and manufacture of products
with high surface profile and precision.
